It’s been a tough 2020 but the single scariest moment was the first quarter of the game against Man City. Rodrigo will be the saviour this season.

Marcelo Bielsa has confirmed his Leeds United starting XI for the game at the City Ground this evening – and the big surprise is that new striker Jean-Kevin Augustin has made it onto the bench.

We weren't expecting that after Bielsa said that he was not at match fitness yet and Augustin also played 45 minutes for the Under-23s last night.

The team news was announced on the official Leeds United Twitter account ahead of the 5.30pm kick-off.

The starting XI stays the same with no place for Gaetano Berardi. That means Mateusz Klich will likely play in the holding midfield role vacated by Kalvin Phillips.

Ian Poveda misses out on the squad entirely.

As expected, Patrick Bamford leads the line for Leeds and will be looking for a goal – the only way he's going to get fans off his back after a toxic week on Twitter.

Leeds fans are getting nervous with the chasing pack catching up.

Nottingham Forest are one of our biggest promotion rivals and a win for the home side today would leave them just one point behind before we travel to Griffin Park to play Brentford.

One bit of good news from the afternoon's other games is that Brentford are currently drawing with Middlesbrough – if the score stays the same they'll be a minimum of four points back irrespective of the Leeds score tonight.

Fulham are winning though and that puts them on the same points as Leeds.

It's crunch time and a win at the City Ground would certainly take a lot of pressure off us at the top of the table. Odds on a late Augustin winner?
