Adam Pope has shared that Leeds United star Raphinha is fine after injury scares in the 0-0 draw against Crystal Palace.

The Brazilian was spotted holding his hamstring at Selhurst Park, although he should be available this weekend.

Leeds picked up a valuable point and stayed five unbeaten ahead of a run against Manchester City, Arsenal and Chelsea.

Writing on his personal Twitter account, Pope shared the latest on the Brazilian from after the clash in London.

"Raphinha fine despite holding his hamstring at the end," he wrote.

"Positives for Jesse Marsch were a second clean sheet, five unbeaten & 90 minutes for Phillips."

And breathe...

This would have been a huge blow in our quest to stay in the Premier League this season.

With massive games coming up around the corner, you need your best players, and despite not being at his best last night, Raphinha is one of those.

This new system may be starting to take its toll on the Brazilian, who would much prefer to stay wide rather than consistently play narrow.

Leeds are not going to get as many chances against City, Chelsea and Arsenal, but when they do, they have to take them.

That is why having the quality of someone such as Raphinha on the pitch is going to be critical in these moments.

Now it is time to look ahead, and hopefully, we can also start counting down to having the likes of Patrick Bamford also returning soon.

Raphinha is critical to our chances, let's hope he hits form soon.
