Yanis Begraoui the perfect replacement for Joel Piroe as Leeds transfer lined up
Yanis Begraoui could be one of several attackers who move to Leeds United this summer.
While not confirmed officially, Leeds will be a Premier League club again next season, barring something completely out of the ordinary.
The Whites sit seven points above the drop zone, and with just three games left to play, all it takes is a West Ham defeat on Saturday to make sure of their status.
But with safety imminent, plans will already be in place at Elland Road ahead of the summer transfer window, with another big recruitment push to be expected.
Begraoui is a target for Leeds, as revealed by MOT Leeds News, and he could prove to be the perfect replacement for Joel Piroe should he depart.

Leeds must take chance with Yanis Begraoui
Dominic Calvert-Lewin aside, Leeds have often lacked quality in the centre-forward area, with Piroe having done nothing to contribute this season.
He’s been heavily linked with an exit from Elland Road since January, and with the summer fast approaching, the expectation is that he will leave, but not without a replacement.

And with Leeds having already done their checks on Begraoui, it would make perfect sense for him to come in, given the season he has had.
The 24-year-old has 20 league goals in Portugal this season from an xG of just 12.71, showcasing his ability to score from even the hardest situations.

He has also created 19 chances, which places him among the top 8.8 per cent of players in his position in the Liga Portugal.
The Whites are unlikely to have to fork out a fortune to sign him, but given the numbers produced this season, it will certainly be worth a risk.
What’s next for Piroe?
As mentioned above, Piroe will almost certainly be one of the first out of the door this summer.
And several clubs have already been mooted with an interest in him, which was always going to be the case given the numbers he produced in the Championship.
Middlesbrough had shown an interest in Piroe in the winter, and depending on the outcome of their promotion battle, that may resurface again in the summer.
