Leeds United need to accept loss as Norwich City eye Largie Ramazani deal
Leeds United will surely accept now is the time to take a financial loss on Largie Ramazani as Norwich City show an interest in the winger.
Ramazani spent the 2025-26 season on loan with LaLiga side Valencia, where he made 23 appearances in all competitions.
The 25-year-old, who still has two years to run on his Leeds contract, is now set to return to Elland Road over the summer.
Leeds are reported to have paid £10million to sign Ramazani from Almeria in 2024, but it is unlikely the Whites will be able to recoup that fee.
Ahead of the summer transfer window officially opening, a new update has emerged on Ramazani’s future in West Yorkshire.

Norwich move could make sense for Largie Ramazani
Leeds have lowered Ramazani’s asking price to as low as £8.6m, which would certainly not be the end of the world having got one season out of him at least.
The former Belgium Under-21 international scored six goals and assisted two more for Leeds as they earned promotion to the Premier League the season before last.
| Largie Ramazani | LaLiga 2025-26 stats |
| Apps (starts) | 27 (17) |
| Goals / Assists | 6 / 1 |
| Expected goals (xG) | 6.94 |
| Dribble success rate | 40% |
| Sofascore rating | 6.80 |
He had an almost identical record in LaLiga with Valencia, having scored six goals and assisted one in 27 appearances – 11 of those as a starter.
A report from Pink Un now suggests Norwich are interested in striking a deal for Ramazani, with a permanent move to Valencia not looking likely.

Dropping down a division may allow Ramazani the chance to kickstart his career, but it is unlikely the Canaries would match Leeds’ asking price.
It may well be that an even lower sum is requested if United are to get Ramazani off their books ans reinvest that money into the squad.
Ramazani’s contract situation works in Leeds’ favour
Ramazani’s stats are decent enough in Spain, so Leeds will not exactly be desperate to cash in this summer.
Furthermore, he has two years to run on his existing deal and that also works in the Whites’ favour.

What is less encouraging is that Daniel Farke does not seem sold on the attacker and he will no doubt want a higher-calibre of player in that area.
Paraag Marathe has already basically told Leeds fans to be realistic when it comes to summer signings, with players needing to be sold if others are to be bought.
Getting a half-decent sum for Ramazani, then, would help put some funds towards signing the players Farke really needs for Leeds to push on.
