Leeds United make checks on Kasper Hogh in Jens Petter Hauge transfer latest
Leeds United scouts watched Kasper Hogh and Jens Petter Hauge as Bodo/Glimt beat Sporting CP in the Champions League on Wednesday.
Representatives from Elland Road were present at the Aspmyra Stadion on 11 March as Kjetil Knutsen’s team beat the Portuguese club 3-0 at home.
Hogh got on the scoresheet for Bodo/Glimt in the 71st minute, which Hauge assisted, as the Whites kept tabs on the two forwards.
49ers Enterprises have ambitious plans at Elland Road, with the West Yorkshire outfit seemingly gearing up for a big summer if they avoid Premier League relegation.

Jens Petter Hauge main focus for Leeds United in Champions League scouting mission
Hauge was the priority for Leeds during their scouting mission in Norway, according to TEAMtalk.
The news outlet reports on 12 March that the Norway international, who has scored six goals in the Champions League since the start of the league phase, was the focal point of the Whites’ attention.
It’s been claimed that the West Yorkshire outfit are keeping a close eye on the 26-year-old left-winger, who can play across the front line.
The Peacocks also used their trip to Aspmyra Stadion as an opportunity to assess Hogh, and the 25-year-old Danish striker certainly didn’t disappoint.
Bodo/Glimt’s success in the current campaign will surely prompt several teams to pursue their top talents in the summer, and it will be interesting to see whether the 49ers can compete financially.
49ers Enterprises may now switch attention to new Elland Road transfer target
The 49ers wanted Jorgen Strand-Larsen at Leeds in the winter transfer window, but the former Wolves striker eventually joined Crystal Palace.
It has been widely reported that the Whites will prioritise adding a new number nine in the upcoming transfer window, which could potentially make them switch their focus from Hauge to Hogh.

The centre-forward scored 17 goals in 28 appearances in the previous league campaign in Norway, and has continued to shine in the Champions League.
Hogh has given the West Yorkshire outfit every reason to pursue him, and the Danish striker is apparently expected to leave Bodo/Glimt in the summer.
