Sky Sports duo Gary Weaver and Iain Dowie have spotted a potentially major new injury blow for Leeds United and Stuart Dallas.

Dallas started for Northern Ireland in their win over Luxembourg on Friday [25 March] but was taken off midway through the second half.

Weaver and Dowie noticed after that, the defender was pointing to a potential new groin injury with the medical staff.

Speaking live on Sky Sports coverage of the clash [25 March, 20:54] Weaver shared what he spotted on the sidelines.

"Medical staff having a word with Stuart Dallas looks like it was his groin," he said.

Dowie responded to the images and shared his hopes regarding any "serious" blow moving forward.

"I saw him having a word with Ian Baraclough, hopefully, it's nothing serious."

Got to be kidding us.

Wow, you cannot be serious.

Just when we thought we had gotten away with only sending two players off to international duty in Dallas and Dan James, we still pick up potential injuries.

If Dallas comes back with a groin problem, we will have a real problem at left-back with Junior Firpo and Leo Hjelde also currently out.

The utility man is known to be tough as nails, though, and we can't imagine himself being ruled out if he has anything to say about it against Southampton.

Hopefully, Leeds can get Dallas back to West Yorkshire immediately to assess him, with no real stakes behind Northern Ireland's friendly with Hungary next week.

We cannot afford to lose Dallas, fingers crossed.
