Exclusive: Leeds United can sign striker Mergim Berisha for £5m+ fee
Fenerbahce are looking to make a profit on under-performing striker Mergim Berisha who's on the radar of Leeds United, Kaan Bayazit exclusively tells MOT Leeds News.
The WSD Net and Number Web Turkish journalist said that Fenerbahce have been left frustrated by the 24-year-old's performances in front of goal.
This has particularly been due to his changed position which has not paid off and they're looking to offload him this summer.
Bayazit said, "He's been a bit of a disappointment at Fenerbahce but they paid close to £4.5million for him so they'd like a bit more than that which would take this north of £5million.
"He is up for sale and I imagine if Marsch worked with him before then it's down to that. He did do decently at RB Salzburg.
"At RB Salzburg he often played as a second striker, at Fenerbahçe he was expected to function alone up top more, but that didn't really work out."

While Marsch has played two striker systems in the past, everything suggests that he's set to deploy a 4-2-3-1 next season.
Brenden Aaronson has been side to play as a 10 while Luis Sinisterra is set to be deployed wide and Jack Harrison on the other side.
These three players are virtually undroppable so the striker that comes in must be adept at playing as a lone number nine.
Berisha clearly isn't and his goal-scoring numbers from last season make for awful reading.
His return was a meagre tally of four goals from 22 league games and just two more assists in what was an underwhelming campaign.
Hopefully, they do not pursue this deal any further even if Marsch tells them to.
