Prutton claims Leeds man has 'job on his hands' with Birmingham ace
David Prutton has singled out Lukas Jutkiewicz as Birmingham’s danger man ahead of the game against Leeds.
The Whites will be looking to bounce back from disappointment against Millwall when they welcome Pep Clotet’s side to Elland Road.
Leeds may not have it all their own way though, with Prutton claiming that Jutkiewicz could cause massive problems at the back.
Prutton has suggested that Ben White will have a tough task on his hands to stop the Birmingham forward when the two teams meet at Elland Road.
“I think Ben White has a job on his hands with Lukas Jutkiewicz and that should be a great battle,” he wrote in the Yorkshire Evening Post.
“We’ve seen White stand up to everything in his path so far this season and I fully expect him to meet that challenge head-on.”
The colossal forward has already scored three times for the Midlands’ side this season – their top-scorer.
Jutkiewicz has won an impressive average of eight aerial duels per game according to WhoScored, and White will certainly be expected to try and mark him out of the game.
That is clearly easier said than done. White has dealt with everything that has been thrown at him this season, and we expect nothing less on Saturday.
The loaned-out Brighton defender has been phenomenal. He has helped cover the loss of Pontus Jansson and more already, and will be relishing the chance to come up against Jutkiewicz.
