Carlos Corberan head over heels for Largie Ramazani as Leeds transfer demands emerge
Carlos Corberan is ready to return to Leeds United for the permanent signing of Largie Ramazani.
The Belgian winger is currently on loan with Corberan at Valencia, and has started to hit top form as the La Liga season draws to a close.
Ramazani scored in Valencia’s 2-1 win over Girona on Saturday, as he continues to make a name for himself at the Mestalla.
Daniel Farke never saw eye-to-eye with Ramazani as Leeds won the Championship title last season, but the Whites didn’t include a permanent option in his loan exit.
Despite that, Valencia are looking to find an agreement with those at Elland Road.

Largie Ramazani desperate to stay at Valencia
Leeds paid around £10million to sign Ramazani from Almeria after relegation to the Championship, and it started very well in LS11.
After several goals, he was struck by injury, and he never quite recovered to get ahead of Manor Solomon or Dan James under Farke, who admitted he needed more.
| Player | Goals | Assists |
| Largie Ramazani | 6 | 2 |
| Manor Solomon | 10 | 12 |
| Dan James | 12 | 9 |
He wildly celebrated promotion to the Premier League, only to be loaned out to Valencia.
Now, El Desmarque reports, with help from transfer expert Juanlu Mora, that Ramazani is “desperate” to remain with Corberan in Spain past this season.
However, it is said that Leeds are tough negotiators who won’t just let him leave again, with the winger on a high salary in West Yorkshire after promotion.
Carlos Corberan wants help from Leeds United
Corberan made a name for himself at Elland Road, but that only amplified after his work under Marcelo Bielsa during those glory years.
Of course, it’s a disservice to say Bielsa made him, but it certainly helped.
After spells at Huddersfield, Olympiacos and West Brom, he has now settled at Valencia after recovering from some really rocky patches, with the help of Ramazani.
Because of that, Corberan is said to be “head over heels” for the winger.
Much will depend on whether Farke sees a future for Ramazani at Leeds, who look likely for another year in the Premier League now.
Noah Okafor has been the standout signing, but the likes of Brenden Aaronson, Willy Gnonto and Dan James haven’t exactly set the world alight too often out wide.
Whether a new signing is made or not could decide the future of Ramazani.
