The January transfer rumours have started up already but there are plenty of Leeds United fans who are excited at being linked to Barcelona midfielder Riqui Puig on loan.

One fan said it would be “huge if true” while another said he was “incredibly talented”.
The 21-year-old can play in central midfield or in a more advanced attacking position.
He’s a dynamo – standing just over 5ft 6in tall – a current Spain Under-21 international and would certainly fit into a Leeds squad crying out for a new midfielder.
He’s said to have a ‘bleak future’ at Barcelona after being put on the blacklist by Ronald Koeman. However, it’s a loan move that the player is looking for.
One fan said that after Ben White, Leeds should only entertain loan-to-buy deals.
If that was an option, it would make a lot more sense to us. As it is, a straight loan would be hard to picture, given how Leeds have struggled bringing in players mid-season who haven’t had much first-team football. Jean-Kevin Augustin anyone?
However, one fan thinks this argument is counter-productive saying, “He’s still a wonderkid and we need a cm, I’d take him in a heartbeat and I’m sick of this being under everyone we get linked with.”

Not sure we could guarantee him to start every game but he's incredibly talented. Seen him play a few times and he looks very good, at the same time he's very small and not much of a physical presence.
