Leeds United given ‘green signal’ amid Willem Geubbels transfer development

Leeds United should not be worried about Willem Geubbels’ erratic game time if they are to sign him in this window, according to Dr Rajpal Brar.

The injury expert claims that if his lack of regular minutes dampened his fitness, then the Whites may have to plan for it accordingly as he’s not played in England yet.

Speaking exclusively to MOT Leeds News, Brar, a specialist in Physical Therapy and Sports Scientist, said about Geubbels: “His lack of consistent game time is a concern if it’s led to significantly dampened fitness.

“Otherwise, you have to be aware of that variable and plan for it accordingly as you ramp him up; particularly since he hasn’t played in England before either.

“No red flags here, as far as his fitness, and overall first-team involvement.”

Willem Guebbels will be a decent addition on loan at Leeds United

The 23-year-old seems to have got a green signal from the injury expert and Daniel Farke would surely take an attacker on board.

He has bagged nine goals and two assists this season so it’s not been a quiet campaign by any stretch of the imagination.

Whether or not, the Whites approach him and open talks with him imminently, remains to be seen.
