Leeds United: Doctor issues Crysencio Summerville injury update
Leeds United attacker Crysencio Summerville is unlikely to be missing for a while with an injury, according to Dr Rajpal Brar.
The injury expert has reacted to Daniel Farke’s update as Leeds secured a 2-0 victory over Millwall.
The German claimed that while the Dutchman picked up a knock, it is not understood to be a serious one.
Speaking exclusively to MOT Leeds News, Brar, a specialist in Physical Therapy and Sports Scientist, said about Summerville:
“Unless there’s a response that wasn’t expected, I wouldn’t anticipate further scans.
“The physios will continue to monitor and see how the issue evolves.
“Unless there’s a setback behind the scenes which the club have not made official yet, I fully expect him to be available after the international break.“
Injury relief for Leeds United
Summerville has arguably been the best player for Leeds this season and losing him would be a significant blow for Farke.
He has scored 15 goals in the league this season and has provided another eight assists to guide the Whites to the top of the table.

Without his contributions, they would’ve arguably been worse off and credit must be given to Farke as well for bringing out the best from him.
Hopefully, he can continue this good run of form and fire Leeds back into the Premier League.
In other Leeds United news, the club have now made moves in order to secure their first permanent transfer of the summer.
