Leeds United attacker Dan James update emerges post hamstring injury
Leeds United attacker Dan James is currently ruled out with a Grade 3 hamstring injury, according to Dr Rajpal Brar.
The injury expert claims that he’s not expected to return to training before the next three weeks unless he’s ahead of schedule.
The Wales international’s last appearance for the Whites came on 23 August when he found the back of the net against Sheffield Wednesday.
Speaking exclusively to MOT Leeds News, Brar, a specialist in Physical Therapy and Sports Scientist, said about James: “This sounds like a Grade 3 hamstring injury.
“If that’s the case, I reckon they will be aiming for a return to training during the international break.
“I’d not expect him back in training for the next three weeks, but in case he’s ahead of schedule, he may return sooner.“
Leeds United will be missing Dan James’ output in the final third
The 26-year-old has primarily played on the right flank this season for Leeds but he is an option on the left wing as well.
James has found the back of the net once in three league games and will be looking to improve his goals-to-game ratio once he returns from his setback.

Last season, James scored 13 times in 28 league starts and also provided seven assists – proving to be a vital asset in the final third for the Whites.
