Leeds United attacker Dan James unlikely to start v Millwall - Injury Expert
We’re delighted to welcome injury expert Dr Rajpal Brar as our exclusive columnist. Each week he’ll be giving his views on the injury situation at Leeds United...
Daniel James may not start for Leeds United when they visit the Den to take on Millwall this weekend, according to Dr Rajpal Brar.
The injury expert believes that the Whites will be methodical with the Welshman’s return from an adductor concern.
He has been out for a few weeks so rushing him back into action may not be in the best interests of the 25-year-old.
Speaking exclusively to MOT Leeds News, Brar, a specialist in Physical Therapy and Sports Scientist, said about James:
“Based on Farke’s comments before the international break, sounds like they’re seeing some gradual improvement but taking it quite methodically due to the nature of the injury

“He’s trained all week so he’s back in action but they may not risk him starting so if he plays, it’s more likely to be off the bench.“
James spent last season on loan at Fulham where he had a decent campaign but nothing extraordinary and did not have Premier League approaches over the summer.
He started the season as the first choice for Daniel Farke, but will now have to work his way back into the playing eleven.
Leeds remain spoiled for choice in the final third and it remains to be seen what system the German manager goes for in this one.
Patrick Bamford, Junior Firpo and Liam Cooper have been ruled out for this game.
In other Leeds United news, an Injury Expert has revealed a silver lining emerges as a Leeds player will be ruled out until October amid a recent revelation.
