Jack Harrison to exit Leeds United amid ‘financial reward’ at Elland Road – Sky Sports pundit
We’re delighted to welcome former England goalkeeper Paul Robinson as our exclusive columnist as each week he’ll be giving his views on the biggest talking points at Leeds United…
Jack Harrison will leave Leeds United this summer and earn the club a healthy “financial reward” according to Sky Sports pundit, Paul Robinson.
The 26-year-old penned a new deal with Leeds at the start of April, with his previous contract set to expire in the summer of 2024.
Robinson feels it’s inevitable for the winger to depart in the summer after Leeds’ relegation to the Championship.

“I think it’s going to be very difficult for them. There will be sell-on clauses in their contracts and relegation clauses,” Robinson exclusively told MOT Leeds News.
“The ones for me, that have stood out this season, and it’s been very difficult to stand out – Jack Harrison has been immense and the player of the year.

“He will leave and he will leave with everyone’s best wishes. I know he’s just signed a new deal, that’s good for the club, as they will get financially rewarded for that and get a bigger fee.
“You look at Leicester, they’ve got eight players out of contract.”
Some key decisions are yet to be made at Elland Road. The board still need to clear up the ownership situation and appoint a director of football and a permanent manager.
In other Leeds United news, Phil Hay claims that an international player at Elland Road has no place at the club next season and a summer transfer is on the cards.
