Exclusive: Pundit delivers verdict on new Leeds United kit as official reveal finally made
We’re delighted to welcome former England goalkeeper Paul Robinson as our exclusive columnist. Each week he’ll be giving his views on the biggest talking points at Leeds United…
Paul Robinson has said the new Leeds United home kit is “fantastic” and a “real nod to tradition” after the official reveal was made.
Leeds fans have had to be patient while the club gets its financial deals in place but with SBOTOP as the front-of-shirt sponsor, it has finally been unveiled.
The white home kit is really simple with a retro feel to it and it was unveiled in a brilliant video on the official Leeds Twitter page on Wednesday evening.
Ready for Leeds.

Talking exclusively to MOT Leeds News, Robinson said, “I think it’s fantastic.
“The home kit is a real nod to tradition. The front of shirt sponsor has been announced and that’s the biggest deal in the club’s history – huge congratulations need to go to the commercial director for getting that one over the line and bringing a huge amount of money into the club.

“The tie-up with Adidas shows just where Leeds are at – they know the number of shirts that they will sell.
“It won’t just be people in Leeds wearing the shirts. When Leeds were promoted we saw people in South Africa, Australia, America, all over the world celebrating.
“They’re a sleeping giant and they’ve woken up.”
We’re big fans of the new home kit, although after numerous leaks it’s not a huge surprise.
It’s still good to get the official reveal though and we predict the shirts are going to absolutely fly off the shelves from tomorrow morning.
The shirts go on sale from 8am.
