Leeds United will react immediately if AC Milan fail with their final bid for Club Brugges star Charles De Ketelaere, according to Alexandre Braeckman.

Speaking exclusively to MOT Leeds News, the RTL Sports journalist shared that the Italian giants have made their final proposal for the Belgian wonder.

The Whites are known to have blown AC Milan out of the water in terms of money on the table, with the latter making their last bid of £27.3million within hours.

Speaking exclusively to MOT Leeds News, Braeckman said: “Leeds will react immediately if a deal is not found.”

We are finally getting to the conclusion of this awful saga.

Paulo Maldini was in Brugges on Wednesday [20 June] to try and get a deal over the line, but the only thing to come from that is no agreement was reached on the spot.

If those talks were positive and the clubs were close in their valuations, surely that would have happened.

De Ketelaere is said to prefer a move to the San Siro over Elland Road, but if that doesn’t happen, the switch to play in the Premier League is surely too good to turn down.

With AC Milan’s final proposal set to be on the table within hours, we could see very big movement from Elland Road and the boardroom within days now.

All eyes on this one.
