Emmanuel Latte Lath ‘to pass medical’ amid Leeds United transfer twist
Middlesbrough striker Emmanuel Latte Lath should have no issues passing his medical, amid links to Leeds United, according to Dr Rajpal Brar.
The injury expert claims that his fitness record appears ideal and he’s also playing regularly in the Championship so that reduces the chances of any setbacks after joining a new team.
It’s understood that the Whites are serious about pursuing the 26-year-old’s services [Give Me Sport, 8 January], but he could end up joining Atalanta United in a £20million deal.
Speaking exclusively to MOT Leeds News, Brar, a specialist in Physical Therapy and Sports Scientist, said about Latte Lath: “He’s got a good fitness record and has been playing regularly.
“I would anticipate him to pass his medical and the entire process to be straightforward, barring any outlier issues.
“He’s also got Championship experience so the adaptability to a new team will be easier.“
Leeds United unlikely to shell out £20million on a January transfer
While the Whites would love a player of Latte Lath’s calibre, shelling out that kind of money on him seems unlikely, as things stand.
It is more likely that they sign someone on loan and then potentially make it permanent should they get promoted.

As things stand, Daniel Farke’s side appear to be heading towards a top-two finish but would still want new faces in the January window.
In other Leeds United news, sources have revealed that the club could now use a transfer loophole to secure a January signing.
