Dejan Ljubicic claim shared as Leeds United consider new bid

Dejan Ljubicic’s recurring illness issues last season are not an indicator of him potentially being able to adapt to life at Leeds United, according to Dr Rajpal Brar.

The injury expert gives the Whites the green signal as he backs the Austria international who’s plying his trade at Koln to adapt well to life in the Championship.

This comes after the Daily Mail reported on 27 August that the Whites are considering making an offer to sign the 26-year-old.

Speaking exclusively to MOT Leeds NewsBrar, a specialist in Physical Therapy and Sports Scientist, said about Ljubicic:

He had a recurring illness last season which kept him out for a few games but it’s really difficult for me to say whether it’s a chronic issue without knowing more.

In terms of the change of location for him, should he move to Leeds, the cold and gloominess would be more of an issue for mental health issues potentially.

I do not see him struggling to adapt to the tempo and rigours of the English game, that’s for sure.

Leeds United must bring Dejan Ljubic to Elland Road

Ljubicic’s experience in the Bundesliga, a league known for its pace and intensity, suggests he can adapt quickly to the Championship’s demands.

At 26, he’s entering his prime, promising several years of high performance and he’d be a solid option in the Premier League as well.

Moreover, his international experience with Austria adds a layer of quality and versatility to Leeds’ squad, potentially making him a key player in their push for promotion and they must prioritise his services on deadline day.

In other Leeds United news, a Rangers star is likely to pass his medical before sealing a move to Elland Road ahead of the transfer deadline.
