Dan Plumley: Leeds United sign off new deal that most clubs now keen on
We’re delighted to welcome football finance expert Dr Daniel Plumley as our exclusive columnist. Each week he’ll be giving his views on the biggest talking points at Leeds United...
Dan Plumley has insisted that Leeds United have signed a new deal that most clubs are now keen on after their deal with Allied Telesis was confirmed.
The Finance Expert admitted that the Whites will feel the benefits as they look to upgrade their systems that have now been in use for 15 years now.
The upgraded system will help with all internal businesses inside Elland Road, as well as CCTV and actual accessibility to online services around the ground.
“It’s now becoming one of those things that impact matchday experience from a fan perspective,” he exclusively told MOT Leeds News
“That’s something that clubs are very aware of and they can’t control what happens on the pitch in terms of experience, but the wider package and everything that is included in coming to the football, checking scores or your phone and so on.

“Putting some emphasis on that is really beneficial and something clubs are keen to look at deals such as this one.”
Smart.
It is critical that Andrea Radrizzani continues to keep these upgrades coming at Elland Road.
With the stadium being one of the older ones in the Premier League as more modern builds being erected throughout the years, Leeds needs to modernise.
This will also help when the expansion finally happens, something that everyone has one eye on in West Yorkshire at all times as we look to move forward.
Deals like this go under the radar, but hopefully they can make a massive difference to how things work not only on matchday at Elland Road, but throughout the week too.
