Leeds United conclude their incredible return back to the Premier League on Sunday afternoon against West Brom at Elland Road.

The Whites will play their final game in front of fans, as they finally return for the first time since that 2-0 win over Huddersfield last year.

Our fellow promoted sides Fulham and West Brom have been relegated, but it was Marcelo Bielsa's men who highlighted how it should be done.

Leeds United

Kiko Casilla will continue in goal after Bielsa admitted before the clash with Southampton he wants to see the keeper finish the season on the pitch.

The back four will see one change, Ezgjan Alioski dropping out with his future looking likely to be away from Elland Road next season.

Stuart Dallas will move back, and the rest of the back four should include Diego Llorente, Liam Cooper and Luke Ayling.

The first major change will see Kalvin Phillips dropped and replaced by Pascal Struijk after Adam Pope spotted the Yorkshire Pirlo limping as he left St Mary's.

Rodrigo will also continue with Jack Harrison and Raphinha on either side of him as this attacking trio really start to gel at Elland Road.

Pablo Hernandez looks to be heading towards a sad ending in West Yorkshire, having hardly featured all season, but we predict he will be handed one more start in front of the fans on Sunday.

Patrick Bamford is pushing to be included in the England squad for the EUROs next month, and another handful of goals against the Baggies will certainly help that cause.

Here's how we expect them to line up...
