It is hard to remember that amidst all of the doom and gloom that Leeds United are still in the automatic promotion spots in the Championship.
The Whites put in one of their better performances of late against Brentford on Tuesday, and if it wasn’t for a Kiko Casilla mistake, they would have left the capital with all three points.
That result and performance will have given Leeds a massive confidence boost and proved to many doubters that they are still well in the race for Premier League promotion.
Matt Henry has posted a visual on his personal Twitter account on Thursday of each of the top-six sides in the Championship and how favourable their last games of the season are.
Based on the index of games against other teams in the top-six and their form against those sides, Leeds have the so-called ‘easiest’ last 14 games this season.

Fulham have the hardest run-in, with the Cottagers still to play every other team in the top-six with them – Leeds, on the other hand only have Scott Parker’s side to come up against.
West Brom may have gone six points clear on Wednesday night with their win against Reading, but they still have every side in the play-offs to play in the next three months.
After the games against Brentford and Nottingham Forest, Leeds have no more away games against any team currently in the top seven places in the league – favourable.
We all know how quickly things can change in the Championship, and if Marcelo Bielsa can guide his side to another impressive unbeaten run, anything is possible.
Take West Brom for example, they now have to play Nottingham Forest, Bristol City, and Preston in the space of 10 days.
Looking at Leeds’ run-in, they clearly are in a very good position to pick up points regularly. Although we may have been worried about our recent form, there are many opportunities coming up for the Whites to assert their dominance at the top of the table.
