Luke Ayling, Pascal Struijk and Brenden Aaronson to be axed – Leeds United predicted XI v Nottingham Forest
Javi Gracia is likely to make several changes to his Leeds United starting lineup for the Premier League clash with Nottingham Forest on Tuesday (4 April).
The Whites were thrashed at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday (1 April) to tumble back down the table and now sit in 17th place, above the drop zone on goal difference alone.
But after experimenting with his lineup and formation against the Gunners, Gracia is likely to make changes to revert to something more familiar in a home game that fans will be expecting victory from to push back up the table.

Illan Meslier is still the number one goalkeeper at the club and his performances continue to attract interest from elsewhere, but he continues to start between the sticks.
In defence Rasmus Kristensen has scored in each of his last two appearances for Leeds, and after Luke Ayling turned in a horror show against Arsenal where he conceded a penalty and had an overall poor display, he deserves to start the next game.
Robin Koch has been the leading central defender so far this season at the club and will start again, but he is likely to be partnered by returning skipper Liam Cooper ahead of Pascal Struijk, while Junior Firpo should continue at left-back.
Marc Roca should get the nod in midfield once again despite the beating from Arsenal, but he should get more natural help in the centre with Weston McKennie likely to partner him as a holding option.

In attack there are plenty of options despite Willy Gnonto likely still missing out with an ankle problem.
Crysencio Summerville should get the nod in that position on the left after another decent performance despite the loss, while Luis Sinisterra struggled up front but likely did enough to earn a place in his more preferred right-wing positio.
Jack Harrison has rediscovered his best form under Gracia and could come into the number ten position ahead of an underperforming Brenden Aaronson.
Up front Patrick Bamford has struggled to make a big impact, but Rodrigo should be fit enough to feature from the start to try and add to his 11 league goals for the campaign.
