Andrea Radrizzani and Angus Kinnear cut ties with Leeds United early after what they did before must win clash v Tottenham Hotspur

Leeds United owner Andrea Radrizzani and managing director Angus Kinnear have all but cut ties with the club before the must-win clash against Tottenham on Sunday.

The Whites head into a huge clash at Elland Road against Spurs knowing they must win the game to have any chance of avoiding the drop down to the Championship, while also needing favours from rivals Everton and Leicester.

But despite the huge stakes in the game and a home fixture in front of the faithful fans, both of the head-honchos at the club have decided to seemingly cut ties with the club and it’s fan base.

As shared on Twitter by LUFC1992_v2 (28 May), the match-day programme has seen their regular columns withdrawn for the final game of the season.

No words of encouragement, not even a “come on boys” to support their team. Nothing.

Neither man is expected to show their face at Elland Road for the game, and it seems they’re both already accepting that they won’t be part of Leeds going forward should 49ers Enterprises complete their takeover as expected.

Radrizzani has already begun to move on from the club, completing a deal to purchase Italian club Sampdoria alongside QSI and moving on to a new project.

Never mind the one you’re already apart of that you have driven back into the ground after building us up to get back to the promised land after 17 years away.

All the hard work over his time at the club has been for nothing as he looks set to leave us exactly where he picked us up, with a massive rebuild job on our hands.

The perfect way to stick it to him would be to stay up based off a miracle string of results on the final day, and then to be completely ignored by everyone.

The players, Sam Allardyce and the fans will hopefully all be celebrating at the end of the game on Sunday and neither Kinnear or Radrizzani deserve any sort of praise or credit.

If we stay up it will be in spite of the decisions they have made and their presence, rather than because of it.

The time is right for both of them to go, and it seems they know it too with this latest move.

In other Leeds news, three may have already played their final game for the club and 4 more could follow after Spurs.
