49ers finalising internal plans, Leeds takeover set for earlier than 2024

49ers Enterprises have been concluding internal reports ahead of completing their takeover of Leeds United, according to 90min.

The online outlet has reported that the NFL consortium have also been putting together future plans for after the takeover is completed.

Phil Hay and David Ornstein reported earlier on Monday (6th December) that a deadline of 2024 had been set by all parties.

That has been contradicted here, with 90min claiming the deadline is actually at the end of 2023 for the complete takeover.

With internal plans being concluded and future plans put together, this could happen any time within the next 12 months.

Andrea Radrizzani is said to be hopeful of staying in a minority role at Elland Road despite passing things onto the York family.

The Italian is believed to be ready for that transition and believes the 49ers and the York family are the right people to turn the Whites into a Premier League force.

Get it done.

The time has come for this to be done as we move onto the next stage of this wonderful journey we have all been on in the past five years.

With it said to be worth up to £500million over the next couple of years, Radrizzani will be in a brilliant position and the fact he wants to stick around is excellent, too.

The York family are almost majority stakeholders anyway, and their next investment will see that happen, so why not make it a complete takeover?

Despite the deadline said to be at the end of 2023 and into 2024, the 49ers Enterprises are already finalising their internal findings and future plans.

No one would do that unless something is imminent, we are already excited for this one – get it done.
