Leeds United manager Marcelo Bielsa has confirmed that Liam Cooper will not play in the game against Hull on Tuesday.

Bielsa was talking in his press conference at Thorp Arch (live in the LUFC app) on Monday (12.45pm).

Tyler Roberts, Adam Forshaw and Jamie Shackleton will all miss out too, but Leeds have no new injury issues.

On a run of six wins in a row, Leeds are looking to make it seven against Hull City on Tuesday night.

That would equal the best run the side has been on since Marcelo Bielsa took over.

Coincidentally, it was Hull City that broke that run last season with a 2-0 win at Elland Road last December.

And it was Jarrod Bowen who brought a halt to the record with a goal in each half. He will be the biggest threat to Leeds on Tuesday night.

Hull might be mid-table but they've scored as many goals as teams in the top five.

Kalvin Phillips is back for Leeds after missing the game against Huddersfield following his fifth yellow card of the season.

Bielsa confirmed that he would come straight back into the side, with Ben White and Gaetano Berardi likely in the centre of defence. He said he hadn't decided who would drop out, with one of Gjanni Alioski and Stuart Dallas likely to make way.
