Leeds United start their FA Cup campaign on Sunday afternoon as they travel to League Two side Crawley Town.
The Whites have a well-earned break in the Premier League and it could be the perfect chance to rest some of their big-name players.
Marcelo Bielsa has previously used the cup competitions to use some of his under-23 talents, although he hasn’t shied away from taking it seriously.
Speaking to the media on Friday, Bielsa confirmed that his squad would be experienced – something BBC journalist Adam Pope relayed on Twitter.
El Loco claimed that his squad will be experienced with “nobody who has not played” before, meaning that we may be without Sam Greenwood and Joe Gelhardt.
The youngsters who played against Hull City in the Carabao Cup earlier in the season will likely start then, with the likes of Charlie Cresswell potentially lining up.
That will disappoint some fans, who were desperate to see some of the under-23 players that had been shining consistently in the Premier League 2 this season.
We asked our MOT Super Fans which academy products they would like to see on Sunday afternoon, and the same three names kept arising.
Cresswell, Gelhardt and Greenwood are three of our most-promising talents, and this week could be a chance for them to showcase that on the big stage.
Here’s what they said…
