Luke Ayling sends Instagram message to Leeds star Kalvin Phillips
Leeds United midfielder Kalvin Phillips has dominated the international stage with England since promotion to the Premier League.
The Yorkshire Pirlo was handed the chance with the Three Lions before even playing in the top-flight, and he hasn’t put a foot wrong since.
In the latest international break, no one completed more minutes in the entire squad during the three World Cup Qualifiers than Phillips.
Phillips has celebrated a classic England strip in his latest Instagram post on his account this week, and it has been lapped up by his Leeds teammates.
Luke Ayling was one of the first to react to the post, and he was clearly impressed with what was on show from his midfield rock.
“Mad,” he wrote.

Phillips has established himself in this England squad and has proved that Southgate will pick these Leeds players if they impress this season.
The England boss has earmarked Ayling as a contender for a call-up, but the right-back area is probably the strongest in the entire squad.
Why couldn’t the Whites defender get in there?
He will be as motivated as ever with the likes of Patrick Bamford also pushing for a call-up, with the two admitting recently they are aiming for a place on the plane for EURO 2021.
That would be amazing to see; the likes of Ayling and Bamford joining Phillips in the major tournament, but it would likely take something special in the final month for that to happen, especially for the defender.
