Cody Drameh cannot play for Leeds United again this season after Cardiff loan ends – Graham Smyth
Leeds United defender Cody Drameh cannot help the current crisis in the squad after his return to Thorp Arch this week from Cardiff City.
That’s according to Graham Smyth, who has shared that the right-back in ineligible in the Premier League this season after playing elsewhere since January.
Jesse Marsch has a current crisis with Luke Ayling suspended for the rest of the season, and Stuart Dallas out injured long-term with that fractured femur.

Yorkshire Evening Post journalist, Smyth, has shared that despite Drameh returning to Thorp Arch from Wales, all he can do is train until next season.
The former Fulham talent would need to have been recalled during the transfer window in order for him to have been available for selection moving forward.
That also applies to Leif Davis, who has also returned from a stint in the Championship with Bournemouth on loan tis season, earning promotion to the Premier League.
Instead, Marsch will be keeping a watchful eye on both of them as they look to play for their futures at Elland Road, no matter which league we are in next season.

Shocker.
This is turning into a real nightmare.
Ayling’s stupidity has cost him the chance to help his side battle the threat of relegation in the Premier League, and he can have no complaints after that shocking challenge at Arsenal.
Dallas would usually be the man to step up, but even he won’t be available long-term as he recovers from that nasty injury picked up against Manchester City.
This would have been the perfect chance for Drameh to show what he is made of, but instead, he forced an exit in January and went to Cardiff for the rest of their season.
It did turn out to be a good choice, with the young right-back winning their Player of the Year award last week in their end of year ceremony.
Of course, he may be kicking himself slightly as the chance for a consistent run in the Premier League is now going to pass him by.
This would have been a huge help.
