Brand new Leeds United special set to air on Sky Sports this week – watch the trailer now
Leeds United fans are in for a double treat from Sky Sports on Thursday.
The next game in the club’s quest for promotion kicks off at 5pm on Sky Sports as Leeds play Stoke at Elland Road.
That’s followed by a brand new original documentary from Sky Sports on Leeds and Marcelo Bielsa.
Called Bielsa: El Loco and Leeds, the best manager in the Championship gets the Sky treatment.
Bielsa famously doesn’t do one-on-ones but the documentary sports interviews with some of his most famous fans, Mauricio Pochettino and Pep Guardiola.

This is going to go one of two ways. If Leeds beat Stoke and take another step towards the Premier League with just four games to play, we predict that nearly all the Leeds fans will stay on and watch this.
Given the Leeds fanbase, this could make it a bumper watch for the premiere of the documentary.
If Leeds slip up then we think that El Loco could flop on its first showing.
It does look fascinating and we could all do with more Bielsa in our lives. We also think it’s going to be the first of many shows dedicated to Bielsa if he manages to bring Leeds back to the top-flight for the first time in 16 years.
Sport needs a strong narrative and seeing Bielsa go up against younger protegees like Guardiola will add a brand new and fascinating story strand to the Premier League.
Just the thought of Bielsa walking his team out at Old Trafford next season is getting the hairs on our arms standing on end.
But, for now, it’s back to reality and a massive game in front of the Crowdies at Elland Road on Thursday.
