Leeds United under-23s once again had a number of senior players to call upon in their clash against West Brom on Monday.
Mark Jackson named Kiko Casilla, Ian Poveda and Rodrigo in his starting XI, although it didn’t start well, with the Baggies leading at half-time.
The Whites then brought on Helder Costa and Tyler Roberts, and both scored as Leeds turned it around and took all three points.
Roberts started the comeback, but it was Costa’s goal that caught the eye.
The Portuguese winger picked up the ball in the final third before weaving through a number of defenders and finding the back of the net.

It was certainly eye-catching, and exactly the type of response that Marcelo Bielsa will have demanded this week.
Costa missed out against Arsenal on Sunday, and although he was named on the bench, he didn’t get onto the pitch despite Leeds searching for a winner.
Poveda was given the nod ahead of him, something which could have knocked his confidence – not that you can tell based on this goal.
Many Leeds fans have reacted to the goal, claiming that this is exactly what they would have wanted from a player recently dropped.
The majority believe that the goal was reminiscent of Eddie Gray’s famous goal against Burnley – not the worst comparison to have at Elland Road.

That’s the way to show Bielsa what he’s capable of. Great to have such competition for places and quality on the bench
