Leeds United fans were left drooling over the display of winger Raphinha on Monday night as the Whites won 2-0 against Crystal Palace at Elland Road.
Marcelo Bielsa’s side moved up to 10th in the Premier League standings with a routine victory over the Eagles as Jack Harrison and Patrick Bamford got themselves on the scoresheet.
Raphinha, 24, couldn’t add to his tally of four Premier League goals when Leeds took on Palace but the Brazilian attacker dazzled with his performance on the wing.
Since joining the Yorkshire club from Rennes in October, Raphinha has been nothing short of a revelation.
Every time he gets the ball, he makes you excited and that’s because every time he gets the ball, he looks up towards goal and tries to do something.
Whether that’s dribbling past a player, cutting inside, finding a forward pass or having a strike at goal. It’s almost guaranteed that Raphinha will do something forward-thinking whenever he’s in possession.
He was an absolute joy to watch against Palace and a lot of Leeds fans thought the same.
One claimed that Raphinha was “MOTM by a mile” while another supporter suggested every single United fan should be proud to have him at the club.

Recent reports have, unsurprisingly, linked Raphinha with a move away from Elland Road.
Spanish news outlet Fichajes has reported that Liverpool are readying a big-money bid worth around £35million to sign the Brazilian winger in the summer.
It wouldn’t shock us if that happens because Raphinha has shown incredible capabilities so far in the Premier League but it would definitely take a bigger offer than that to turn our heads.
