'Contract for life', 'Nutter' - Some Leeds fans love hilarious new clip of Alioski

Some Leeds United fans have reacted after footage emerged of Ezgjan Alioski celebrating after North Macedonia qualified for their first-ever major tournament.

Goran Pandev’s second-half goal saw North Macedonia qualify for next summer’s European championships as Alioski played the full game at left-back.

The Leeds man was caught on camera leading the celebrations in front of the media after the game as he shouted into the post-match press conference microphone to the joy of his international teammates.

The 28-year-old was clearly in the party mood after the game as he seemed to be the ringleader of the celebrations after the final whistle.

He has every right to celebrate following his side’s historic win and he can rightly look forward to representing his side at next summer’s tournament.

Following the game, Alioski was withdrawn from the North Macedonia squad and he will return to Thorp Arch to join in preparations for Leeds’ next Premier League game against Arsenal.

Some Leeds fans were full of praise for the 28-year-old despite some calling him a ‘nutjob’, with one even asking if he could become the club’s new mascot in the future.

Here are some tweets from Leeds fans reacting to Alioski’s antics.

Hopefully, Alioski will be able to celebrate in similar fashion if Leeds can pick up a positive result against Arsenal next weekend.

In other Leeds United news, this player dazzles for Leeds but failed to shine as bright in an international victory this week.
