Predicted Leeds United starting XI v Wolves in Carabao Cup as Jesse Marsch rings changes

Leeds United travel to Molineux on Wednesday 9th November to take on Wolves in the Carabao Cup and continue their good form in all competitions.

The Whites made it consecutive wins last time out with a thrilling 4-3 victory against Bournemouth despite being 3-1 down early in the second half.

Jesse Marsch now has some big decisions to make with his young contingent coming in to save the day in the Premier League with more minutes available here.

Joel Robles will finally get his first start for the club in this one, with Illan Meslier in need of a rest after his more than shaky afternoon against Bournemouth.

Luke Ayling and Junior Firpo will get some much-needed minutes, but still provide that experience and ability to get forward down the flanks throughout the game.

Diego Llorente will also come in for Robin Koch, but as Liam Cooper searches for more consistency and fitness, he will continue as he looks to guide his side to the next round.

Sam Greenwood was the star of the show off the bench against Bournemouth, scoring that wonder goal and also picking up an assist, and it will be the man he replaced, Marc Roca alongside him.

Mateusz Klich must be desperate for game time ahead of the World Cup with Poland, and he will get that chance to prove he deserves his spot on the plane to Qatar here in the number 10 role.

Jack Harrison has been nothing short of poor in recent months, and after being dragged off at half time at the weekend, he will start here and look to re-discover himself.

Now here is the fun part, Willy Gnonto will get his full debut and first start after shining off the bench in our last two wins, with his direct running style simply impossible to stop at times.

Finishing off the side will be Joe Gelhardt.

The young striker will no doubt feel frustrated watching the likes of Crysencio Summerville take the headlines after that was him last season, but now he has his chance to return to that glory with Rodrigo left at home for a rest.

Here’s how we expect the Whites to line up at Molineux…
