Predicted Leeds starting XI v Spurs after injury news confirmed
Leeds United travel to Spurs on Sunday afternoon looking to continue their upturn in form in the Premier League.
Marcelo Bielsa has confirmed his team news for the Whites with not as many boosts as once expected after the break, with Phil Hay sharing the news.
Patrick Bamford and Luke Ayling remain out injured despite hopes that both would have returned for the game.
Illan Meslier will start in goal and will be hoping for better luck compared to the same fixture last season in the capital.
Stuart Dallas will continue at right-back with Pascal Struijk on the left with doubts surrounding Junior Firpo and Jamie Shackleton who may start on the bench.
Liam Cooper and Diego Llorente will complete the back four who will be against Harry Kane, who is on fire recently.
Kalvin Phillips will also help in keeping him quiet, starting in that holding midfield role yet again for the Whites.
Adam Forshaw got through that Leicester game unscathed after impressing and will be rewarded with another start.
Ahead of those two will be Rodrigo, with the Spaniard looking to continue his brilliant form in recent months.
Jack Harrison hasn’t been great but will be trusted on the left, with Raphinah starting on the right after jetting back from Brazil.
Finishing off the starting XI will be Dan James, with his pace a real weapon over the top in the past couple of weeks – hopefully, that can result in more goal involvements, starting at Spurs.
Here’s how we expect the Whites to lineup…
