MOT View: Sky pundit blasting senior Leeds man could show pressure is getting to Whites

Leeds United are falling apart again, that is what every fan around the country seems to be singing at his moment in time.

The pressure appears to be mounting more as each matchday passes, with Victor Orta picking up a ban from the FA, and Andrea Radrizzani took to Twitter to comment on fans after the game against Nottingham Forest.

Danny Mills has recently slammed Orta for his charge, and the Sky Sports pundit’s words also could be applied to Radrizzani, who clearly needs to learn to stay quiet.

“I think owners, chairmen, technical directors – you’re supposed to be above that, aren’t you?” he told Football Insider.

“You’re supposed to be incredibly important, and you’re supposed to set an example of behaviour. You’re in charge of the football club. It’s a little bit disappointing.

“I think people need to have a good look and a bit of a reflect, but obviously, it’s frustration. Most of it is borne out of frustration because the team aren’t doing what they want them to do.”

The pressure is clearly mounting on Leeds, who are now joint-second with Fulham after being more than 10 points clear of the Londoners in December – the last two months have been nothing short of disastrous.

Orta putting pressure on a referee, and Radrizzani tweeting about the fans are two signs that it is starting to affect everybody at the club from the top all the way to the bottom.

Something needs to change and quickly at Elland Road. People like Orta and Radrizzani need to be setting an example for everyone to follow, starting from Tuesday and the game against Brentford could be the perfect start.
