MOT View: Norman Hunter South Stand – Leeds being run the right way under Radrizzani
Leeds United have announced that the South Stand at Elland Road will be renamed after Norman Hunter.
The Norman Hunter South Stand is a brilliant and fitting tribute to the player who made an incredible 726 appearances for Leeds.
Hunter sadly died last Friday after a battle with Coronavirus.

We’re absolutely delighted with the move by Leeds and praise has rightly come pouring in from fans ever since the announcement early on Thursday morning.
What we’re really happy about is the speed of the decision.
It’s absolutely the right thing to do and it shows that Andrea Radrizzani knows what’s important for the club, its fans and the players that made Leeds what it is now.
We think Radrizzani has been running the club brilliantly in an extremely challenging environment – and that was before the Coronavirus outbreak made the football world that much worse and left Leeds without one of its greatest ever players.
This fantastic tribute backs up for us that the club is being run how it should, and we hope Radrizzani and Bielsa can do now what Hunter was desperate to see – get Leeds promoted back into the Premier League.
That will make the Norman Hunter South Stand even louder next season.
