Many Arsenal fans saying the same thing about latest tweet by Eddie Nketiah

Arsenal fans have taken to Twitter to show they want Eddie Nketiah back in North London amid speculation that his loan deal at Leeds United is going to be cut short.

The Daily Mail has reported that the Gunners are prepared to recall Nketiah, 20, in January due to a lack of game-time since his loan switch to Elland Road in the summer.

The England Under-21 international has not started a single Championship fixture for the Whites, despite showing an impressive run of goalscoring form both for the Yorkshire club and the Young Lions.

He’s netted five goals in 14 appearances across all competitions for Leeds and since the start of this season has scored six goals in four appearances for England’s Under-21 side.

Arsenal fans have high hopes for Nketiah and it seems as though they too are not best pleased with his lack of starts in the Championship.

Here is a selection of tweets by fans of the Premier League club who are eager to see Nketiah’s loan spell cut short:

This next fan says that Arsenal “need” Nketiah, but according to the Mail’s report, the plan is to send him back out on loan elsewhere.

Bristol City are said to be interested so he could head to Ashton Gate, rather than play a role in the first-team at the Emirates.
