Ian Wright and Arsenal fans react to Leeds signing Eddie Nketiah
Leeds signed Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah on a season-long loan after Victor Orta put together a persuasive pitch for the youngster, according to BBC journalist Dabid Ornstein.
Nketiah was due to sign for Bristol City but Orta sold him the Marcelo Bielsa vision and that was enough to convince Nketiah to head to Leeds.
(The fact Leeds beat Bristol City 3-1 in the opening game of the season might have had something to do with it too).

The player himself sent a tweet after he’d signed saying, “New season. New challenge! Can’t wait to get started with Leeds”.

Plenty of Arsenal fans, and Ian Wright, reacted to the tweet from Nketiah and the way they feel about their player is a good sign for what Leeds can expect from their new signing.
His arrival will surely be too soon for him to start against Nottingham Forest on Saturday. Bielsa likes to coach his players thoroughly before unleashing them in the first-team but there’s a chance he could make the bench.

Yes mate. He’s highly regarded hence why we won’t sell him. Natural finisher with plenty of potential, I’ll be keeping a close eye out this season along with plenty of other Arsenal fans I’d imagine. Superb move for him under Bielsa and with Leeds fighting at the top end.
